Visa information

• Foreign nationals from over 50 countries can visit China vias-free now. This policy applies to activities including conference attending. For more information, please visit: https://en.nia.gov.cn/n147418/n147463/c183412/content.html  
• If you still need obtain an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please register on the conference website and download it from your Personal Center. For any special requests, please email the Conference Secretariats: 待林老师提供一下联系人

Payment methods

• Attendance pay by Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. Moreover, international attendance can also pay by bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Paypal. Details can be found on the Home Page ‘Registration’ once you have registered and logged in.
• To ensure the security of your account, according to the bank's requirements, cross-border transfers require the submission of a passport number as proof . Please provide during ‘New User Registration’.
• We sincerely appreciate your understanding as, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, we kindly recommend completing your payment via card swipe during the on-site registration should you wish to use credit or Mastercard.
